Yes. It’s designed to provide extra knee support during everyday walks as well as light training and recreational activities. You don’t need to be an athlete to make it part of your routine.

Can I wear it on either knee?

Yes. The same support can be worn on your left or right knee. Center the opening over your kneecap, with the padded bands positioned above and below it.

How tight should I wear it?

Adjust the upper and lower straps separately, and loosen or remove the support if you feel pinching, tingling or numbness.

Will it stop my knee from bending?

The open-kneecap design leaves room for bending during everyday movement. If bending feels restricted, check the position and loosen the straps rather than forcing the movement.

What if it feels loose during activity?

Pause and check that the opening is still centered over your kneecap. Readjust each strap and press the fastenings firmly into place. Avoid simply tightening both straps as much as possible.
